This book is similar to a lot of different movies and games. The whole idea that the zombies are dumb and that they infect through biting has been used a lot already. The zombies are really similar to the zombies in The Walking Dead TV series and the game The Walking Dead. Almost every zombie i have encountered in a TV-series or a game is like the ones in this book.

At the start of chapter seven Temple meets and captures Moses Todd in the mansion. After they have a little talk she decides to not kill him even though he says he will kill her if he gets a chance. Temple also discovers what it says on a piece of paper in the dummy's pocket. The paper says that the dummy's name is Maury and that he got family in the west. So Temple decides to go west to find Maury's family tightly followed by Moses Todd but on the way there she finds some wierd looking people in an abandoned city. The people are very tall and got visible bones at some places but they are as intelligent as humans. The creatures capture Moses Todd, Maury and Temple and that's how far we got at the moment.

In the "character tracer" you are suposed to describe all the persons in the novel and also the diffrence between them if there is one. temple (the main person) has not met so many new persons so far in to the novel.

Some persons that she ha met tho is ruby, ruby seems to be a very nice woman. I like her, she is the one she met when they came to the big buildings in the city. She is the one who helped temple when temple started trouble.
Abraham is also one of the persons who temple met, i don't like abraham he's a creep.. he's not one of the good guys. He tried rape temple when she was sleeping, but she had luck and woke up before it happend, then abraham started to fight her so she had to kill him. Dummie is the person temple is traveling with and he is very innocent i like him, he's like a child in his brain he's a little retarded. he is very large but he doesn't talk.

We left Temple in the house where she meet three zombies, the later got back on the road and in the middle of the night where she found company. The people she met turned that they had a safehouse close by. She spent a few days there until a man tried to rape her, she defended herself and killed him by accident. She had to run from his brother. she ran to a city where she met a family not like the others she has encoutered, they were believed that god had put zombies on earth.  

This week I´m The connector but I can´t really connect this novel to any others that I´ve read. However I think the novel is a bit simillar to the walking dead. I think it´s like the walking dead because the main character has to travel all the time, meeting new people along the way, and ofcourse the novel is like The walking dead because it has zombies in it.

First she came to the place where she met Ruby, that place were just three big building that are standing in a circle.
But when she settled down a little bit she realised there was this creepy guy abraham who was just starring at her and she knew that he was not a good guy.And one night he broke in to her room and tried to have sex with her so she killed him and she had to run away because abrahams brother moses started to chase her to kill her.
So she ran away, and on the way she met a gang that were hunters and they became friends and hung out over the night. on the way to the other home she found a guy who were hunted by zombies and he seemed to be very innocent so she started to talk to him and took him with her so they could cooporate. and then they came to a very rich family, at first the butler didnt want them to come in but then he said that they could.

So this time i´m the vocabulary enricher. There hasn´t been any words that has been so hard that i haven´t been able to understand the story but there are a some words that pops up over and over again wich are good to know the meaning of. The words wich i concider important to know are:

Shrug - basically means that you raise your shoulders to show ignorance. in Swedish "shrug" translates to "axelryckning". The word "shrugged" appears a lot of times in the book.

Enigma - A mystery or a riddle, Temple uses this word to describe her new friend "Dummy". In Swedish it means "gåta" or "mysterium". This word has only been used once so far but it was completley new to me and i had absolutley no idea of what it meant.

Lastly I´ve chosen to explain and translate the dinner grace, basically beacuse I didn´t really understand the meaning of it at all.

This is an extract from "1 Thessalonians 5:16-18" and it requests for people to be graceful and to pray a lot for it is God´s will. In swedish it translates to "Var alltid glada, be ständigt och tacka hela tiden Gud. Gör så, det är Guds Vilja."

The new characters she met since last time is: Abraham Todd, Moses Todd, Ruby, Mrs. Grierson, James Grierson and Richard Grierson.

Abraham todd is a creepy person and his brother Moses is more of a quiet and dangerous person. Ruby is a very kind person that takes care of temple in alot of ways. Mrs. Grierson is like a classical old lady from the real world. She is very isolated from the hole zombie apocalypse. James Grierson is alot like Temple he has made some bad stuff in his life and is very alone and quiet. Richard Grierson is kinda childish and has a dream to go see the world but he dosent dare.
